    • "Service": The STARDUST platform, including AI chatbots, voice agents, and related functionalities provided via third-party messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram) or web interfaces.

    • "User": An individual who interacts with the Service, shares contact information, or opts in to receive communications.

    • "Partner": Third-party organizations, brands, or media entities (including, but not limited to, Sneaker News Inc. and its affiliates) that collaborate with STARDUST to provide specialized content, services, or experiences through the Service.

    • "Profile Information": Information you provide or authorize us to access (e.g., name, phone number, email, preferences) to personalize your experience.

    • "Personal Data": Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined under applicable data protection laws.

    • Consent: You consent to receive communications from both STARDUST and the relevant Partner, subject to their respective Privacy Policies.

    4. AI Output & Accuracy Disclaimer

    The Service utilizes generative artificial intelligence technology. You acknowledge that AI systems are experimental and may occasionally produce incorrect, misleading, or "hallucinated" information.

    • No Warranty: STARDUST and its Partners make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by the AI.

    • Non-Binding Offers: Any offers, discounts, prices, release dates, or promises made by the AI agent are non-binding and subject to verification by the Partner. In the event of a discrepancy between the AI's statement and the Partner's official terms/website, the official terms shall prevail.

    • Not Professional Advice: The Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

    5. Relationship with Partners

    STARDUST acts solely as a technology infrastructure provider for its Partners.

    • Content Ownership: All brand-specific content, product information, and editorial opinions provided through the Service are the sole responsibility of the respective Partner (e.g., Sneaker News). STARDUST does not endorse or assume liability for such content.

    • Independent Contractors: You agree that your relationship regarding specific products, sneakers, or media content is with the Partner, not STARDUST. Any disputes regarding merchandise, raffles, or Partner services must be resolved directly with the Partner.

    6. User Conduct

    You agree not to use the Service to:

    • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

    • Harass, abuse, or harm another person.

    • Impersonate any person or entity.

    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.

    • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

    7. Platform Dependencies

    The Service operates via third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram). STARDUST is not responsible for:

    • Service outages, message delivery failures, or policy changes by these platforms.

    • Data security on your personal device or within your personal WhatsApp/Telegram account.

    • Any suspension of your account by these platforms due to your usage of the Service.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STARDUSTAI LAB INC. AND ITS PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

    9. Intellectual Property

    The STARDUST platform, algorithms, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Stardustai Lab Inc.
    Partner trademarks (e.g., the "Sneaker News" name and logo) remain the property of their respective owners.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

    11. Changes to the Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to you via the Service or our website. Continued use of the Service after changes have been made will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
